Virginia Family Mediation Pricing & Packages

The Divorce Paperwork Package: $2,600

Up to 10 hours of professional time

For couples that have no children* and are entirely in agreement with each other about dividing assets and are ready to proceed with Virginia’s Mutual Consent divorce. 

Congratulations on resolving your differences — now let our mediation professionals assist you in formulating a professional Virginia Separation Agreement and completing the Mutual Consent Absolute Divorce Process (does not include in court representation). 
  • Our team will solicit all necessary information from you via digital onboarding process and phone calls.

  • We will draft a custom professional separation and/or divorce settlement agreement for you.

  • 1 hour in-person closing consultation to execute all documents and review ‘next steps.’

  • We’ll prepare a complete filing package for you to submit to the Court along with a copy of your agreement.

For couples with minor children, we require at least one mediation session to review a custody and co-parenting plan, as well as Virginia’s Child Support guidelines.

Limited Issue - Dispute Resolution $3,600

Up to 18 hours of professional time

For couples that have limited issues and have already separated (or are in agreement about separation) but need professional guidance to reach agreement with each other and are ready to proceed with Virginia’s Mutual Consent divorce

A certified mediator will work with the parties to facilitate a complete resolution, draft the separation agreement for your review, and provide all necessary court papers for Virginia’s Mutual Consent Divorce. 

  • Our team will help gather necessary background and financial information and discuss goals and expectations in one-on-one phone calls.

  • Mediator reviews all intake documents and preparing your customized mediation schedule.

  • Up to two Online Mediation sessions

    • Mediation Session will cover all major issues from separation, support, asset and debt dissolution, etc.

    • For couples with children, we will navigate a comprehensive custody and cooperative parenting plan, as well as review Virginia’s Child Support guidelines.

  • Professional preparation of Marital Settlement Agreement.

  • 1 hour in-person closing consultation to execute all documents and review ‘next steps.’

  • We prepare all necessary court documents required for Mutual Consent Divorce.

Mediated Dispute Resolution: $4,200

Up to 21 hours of professional time

For couples that have more significant issues, are newly separated, and/or need professional guidance to reach agreement with each other and are ready to proceed with Virginia’s Mutual Consent divorce

A certified mediator will work with the parties to facilitate a complete resolution including custody and child support issues, we will draft the separation agreement for your review, and provide all necessary court papers for Virginia’s Mutual Consent Divorce. 

  • Our team will help gather necessary background and financial information and discuss goals and expectations in one-on-one phone calls.

  • Mediator reviews all intake documents and preparing your customized mediation schedule.

  • Up to three Online Mediation sessions:

  • One session will focus on children’s issues and formulating a cooperative parenting plan for child custody, parental decision making, and collaboration in raising children together post-divorce.

    1. Second Mediation Session will cover all major issues from separation, support, asset and debt dissolution, etc.

    2. Third Mediation Session (as necessary) to resolve any other outstanding issues and finalize agreement.

  • Professional preparation of Marital Settlement Agreement.

  • 1 hour in-person closing consultation to execute all documents and review ‘next steps.’

  • We prepare all necessary court documents required for Mutual Consent Divorce.
